Racing driver training
Körperliche und mentale Optimierung im Motorsport [Optimising your mind and body in motorsport]
(Heel-Verlag 2013; ISBN 978-3-86852-701-8) ONLY AVAILABLE IN GERMAN
In racing, much is said about the importance of physical and mental driver fitness. However, when you go behind the scenes, it soon becomes apparent that, in contrast to other sports, there is very little training and any training that is offered is often completely unsystematic and tends to ignore the actual demands of racing.
That’s why sports physiotherapist Alexander Prinz and I wrote this book. In the first part of the book, we provide a detailed overview of the stress factors affecting racing drivers and present the latest research on the physical and mental stresses that they are subjected to. In the second part, we explain the most important foundations for achieving a targeted increase in physical and mental resilience, and offer training programmes tailored to the actual requirements of a racing driver.

Successfully dealing with stress
Wege zu mehr Energie, höherer Leistung und besserer Gesundheit [Paths to greater energy, higher performance and better health]
(Ellert&Richter Verlag 2015; ISBN 978-3-0615-4) ONLY AVAILABLE IN GERMAN
This book is aimed at people who are motivated and enthusiastic, but who tend to take on too much in their work and private lives, running the risk of running their physical and mental health into the ground and becoming imbalanced.
The book provides a self-coaching concept in which the topics of performance, health and stress are holistically linked and shows how to deal effectively with high demands and maintain an emotional and physical equilibrium even in stressful periods.
